hmmm. What should I say? I don't know that there is much to say right now. I'm having a very peacful summer. My garden is growing beautifully. . Many happy Returns of the Growing season. Today was a nice change after the beastfully humid weather yesterday. its been sunny and beautiful outside all day. Worked at Subway over Lunch. Got some Mail . its not even been a full month since I last posted. lol. anwyay, Christmas has come and gone. I'm a year older with the passing of my birthday which officially makes me no longer a teenager. just like being between high school and college sorta puts you out in the cold with no group, being in the 20 year old age bracket makes you neither an irresponsible teenager, nor a full blooded responsible adult. I'm now accountable for my actions but get no privileges that should go with age. not that I'd take advantage of said privileges. lol, sounds like I'm really upset about this or something. I really don't care. the turning of the year really just reminds me how much farther I have to go and how much less time I have to do it in. Still, As long as I keep taking the next step, I'll get to where I'm supposed to be.

So since this is my first post and no one will read this for a while (probably) I think its time for a story. my story begins like many others. A three headed tree fell in the woods.....and it didn't make a sound. rather odd you might say for a tree with three heads to not make a sound when it falls over. the stick pig that was wandering around looking for uberts thought so too. so the little big sticklet piglet asked the tree why it hadn't yodeled in fear. the tree replied that it was hiding from the xas of the fearless oodswanm that was nearby. now xas are especially feared in the forest, for they have special powers. they splinter and shatter all wood that stands in their way. oodswanm who always keep xas by their trunks are even more feared for they heavily influence the xas. back in the third microcomenium, there was a great war between the xas and the forest wildlands. only after many battles and much loss of woodlife were the xas silenced, and then only because the oodswanm that were always with the xas were almost extinguished from the face of the earth. therefore, it is understandable dear listener (who has trudged through so much boring material) that this poor three headed tree would be silent in the face of such a fearsome foe. now the three headed tree is special, each head is a different type. the willow of course was all in tears by this point for it was afraid and so had started to hyperventilate. the honey locust, intoxicated by the sweet mead made from its sap, was a little bit tipsy and didn't understand. the Wise Oak however, in whose capable limbs the other two denzines left all internal government matters, was the one whose quick thinking had saved them from immediate detection. The oak commanded the other willow and locust not to lose their heads. this injunction did not have quite the desired effect. As the willow began to wail and belligerent locust began to yell, the oak muffled each with a branch and commanded silence, for teh xas and oodswanm were drawing near. Suddenly.....

I'll continue it later.....maybe

and so there we are. a bit darker and less random than my earlier missals I suppose. hope everyone who reads this has a very blessed weak..

Philclem

P.S. Have I ever mentioned that I hate (as in strongly strongly dislike and disdain) those chain letters that go around?

Friday, December 21, 2007

Been a while since I posted. quite a while. This semester of school is over and I'm home again. nice to not have to think about school for a while. went to y/g last night. it was cool. the new set up is sweet. I'm getting off now.
Philip

Tuesday, November 06, 2007

Update time for no apparent reason. Hi everybody. just turned in my paper for the semester which makes me happy. now I just have to do homework and study for 2 tests. not much to say. oh well.
Philip
looking forward to break

Tuesday, September 18, 2007

Wow it has been a long long long time since I updated. I'm back at school for another semester. First test is in Two days. The homework just keeps coming and I'm already sorta looking forward to my next break. I want to see all my friends at home again and see how the youth group is doing. I'm sitting in Speculative Mind class right now listening to my teacher read someones opinion of nihilism. odd way of looking at the world. Nothing. Oddly, The first parts of Ecc. seem to be Solomon going through his own struggle with nihilism. We also talked about seinfeild and how it really is a show based on nihilism, with all the characters caring about nothing and the show being basically about nothing as well.
Outside of classes and homework, swing club has started again. I missed it last week to play racquetball and I may miss it again this week to study for my test. its still a lot of fun when I do make it out. they had over 100 people show up the 2nd night. that was right after the organizational fair. it looked like they had around 100 last week too. hopefully the numbers will stay high.
Well, back to paying attention to this class. We've moved on to existentialism. this is the last class of the day, I just want to get out of it, course, that means I have to go work on the rest of my homework, but nothings perfect . actually, I have to admit that these classes are pretty interesting even if they are longer than I would like.
Hope everyone has a great week.
Philip

Monday, April 16, 2007

Well, I've come to a very definite conclusion, Xanga is dying or dead. its a ghost town of xangas that haven't been updated for almost a year, sometimes more. It'll be a great research and evidence device in case the government ever decides to investigate anybody.
School is going well. Got a very good Calc II test score, finished a intro to engineering test today which I think went very well. in the middle of another computer program, its a bit confusing, but I guess thats sorta the point. last four programming assignments came back as 100's so I feel like its going well overall. Thinking about the end of semester and how its upcoming, it sorta reminds me of leaving home. now I'm going to leave school and all my new friends and return home. in many ways, its going to be like starting over all over again. You lose touch with the old friends, even if you swore you wouldn't when you left. in all the business and work and boredom, you just don't feel like making the effort to email, post, or call. School tends to make you lethargic towards the outside world. even home. I guess it will all work out in the end though. it always seems to. Hope everyone has a great day/night/week.
Philip

Friday, April 13, 2007

Hello everyone. Don't think I ever will. I got sick Tuesday night and was sick through Thursday, I stayed back at the church on Friday and did some light cleaning work and stuff. pretty unexciting. we pretty much finished Miss Edith's house and we got to show it to her. that was cool.

First week of school is over. not much to say about it. the profs. start dishing out homework to soon but what else is new? I suppose I should do a bunch of hw this weekend but I really don't feel much like it. still, its do this next week (pretty much on Friday). We'll see. Hope everyone is have a great weekend. God Bless!!

Philip
